Excellent!

My first order with Dove was for several double-fold bias tapes. Within 24 hours, they contacted me to confirm that I wanted the grape color as a single-fold, since all my other tapes were double-fold. I was floored! I had indeed made a mistake, and they sent me the grape double fold in its place. Such terrific customer service! The tapes are all great quality, and everything arrived quickly. Thank you!
