Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving. Orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on which option you select. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air depending on the customer's choice.

Shipping is free for non-wholesale orders over $200 (after any applicable discount) and is based on weight for all other orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International buyers are responsible for all custom duties, VAT, excise taxes, and other fees within their home country. We complete all USPS and customs forms accurately and completely. We do not mark merchandise as a gift. The value of your item(s) is the price that you paid, excluding shipping costs. If you are unsure regarding the amount of duties and taxes that may be due, please check with your home country prior to purchasing. Note that we do not ship to all countries; please check with us prior to purchase if you are located in South America, the Middle East, the former USSR, Africa, or Asia. We do not accept international checks. We ship USPS and neither our system nor the USPS can validate international addresses. Please make sure your address is complete and correct before confirming your order. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, we will need to charge you for reshipping due to the costs involved. If your order is lost due to your providing us with an incorrect shipping address or if you fail to pay your custom duties and the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the ship charges.
