Gold gimp

I purchased this gimp for my Victorian lampshade projects. I am happy with the quality, and could not find anything similar elsewhere. I would say that the color is a true gold (true to pictures), with warmer leaning tones. I was originally going to pair them with a cooler taupey/beige/brown lampshade, but I have decided instead to pair it with some crimson shades.
