Sold by the yard.Please note that oyster white from this manufacturer is a cream color / light ecru with warm undertones.This chainette fringe has a nice swing. 100 percent rayon excluding the stitching. Brent was very helpful in getting me the best color fringe for my fabric. I have not used it yet but it looks to be a quality product. I have bought most of my fringe from Dove.
