The satin binding worked wonderful for my handwoven baby blankets for my newest granddaughter. I wove them longer than I thought and the usual package satin binding would not have been enough. Having the spool of 25 yards is perfect!
Ivory color was exactly that and not too yellow. Bound two cream vintage wool blankets and they look like new.
