Shipping & Returns


We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving. Orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on which option you select. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air depending on the customer's choice.

Shipping is free for non-wholesale orders over $200 (after any applicable discount) and is based on weight for all other orders.


Returns are not a problem. Trims in original condition can be returned for a cash refund within 30 days of date of order.

Please note that on items returned damaged, not in original condition, or wrinkled we will refund only 50% of the item's price.

Any items sold by the yard are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please return the trim(s) to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or a facsimile with your return, so that we can credit you properly. Please be aware that we do not refund shipping either way.

How long do I have to request a refund?

You have thirty (30) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, we will not process a refund request.

How is my refund credited?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible, but may be issued as a store credit in special circumstances. 

Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
